Open Question: I'm 22 and have never even kissed a girl?

Thought it was time to start dating. I've spent all my time since leaving college building up my career. I own my own business now =) Not interested in getting laid at the moment, just want a girlfriend. 1. Would a girl of a similar age find it a real turn off that I've never had a girlfriend, therefore never kissed a girl, never had sex, etc. etc.? Not that I'm advertising it, but I think it'll become apparent pretty early on. 2. Will my lack of experience make it harder to keep a relationship together? 3. Most women in this town are not my type. They go clubbing, get drunk to the point of barfing, love a sporty attractive man with muscles.
