Open Question: Do you buy the autotrader book for buying a car or just use it's online for free?

I am sellling a vehicle and am interested on finding out if I should pay the high costs about $70 to advertise in the autotrader book, Pretty steep. I know about a decade ago when I bought my vehicle that was the way to go, but I wonder what the point of that might be these day's with online advertising taking control atleast it seems that way. .
