Open Question: If you file a DBA do you automaticly need a buisness licence?

I have a online website that tour operators advertise on. I am only paid for leads and dont actually sell anything. I would like to get a DBA so I can open a bank account. But dont see any reason to get a buisness licence due to the complications. Nor do I sell directly to customers. Real legal help only please. :)... Read More »
