Open Question: Where can I buy EXTRA LONG basketball shorts for my 6'4" son?

All the shorts that are advertised as "long" still hit him at or above the knee. He needs a 12-inch inseam at the bare minimum....preferably more like 14 or 15 inches. I don't understand why these are so hard to find!!! Aren't basketball players usually this tall or taller??! ;-P Anyone know where I can find reeeaaaallllyyyy long shorts, either online or in a store? Thanks! He is 16, so I have been looking in the men's department -- even in the "Big and Tall" section, but they are still too short.
